- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i have no standard pricing. It depends on the project and how long it will take.Or the going rate thats average here in Mc Lean county
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set a time up where we both can meet. If they have a unusual project. I find out what we need or can do to make it happen. I give them recent references and let them look at pictures from other projects
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gained experience in all types of remodeling thru the years of watching and working with people who new the right way of doing things
