The “we can bearly wait” themed cookies and cake pops were not only stunning and enhanced our decor but also tasted great! The bear shaped cookies were a hit among our guests. Throughout the process, Priyanka was extremely responsive, communicating effectively and also provided me with trays for the cake pops when I couldn’t find one last minute. The designs were indeed captivating, especially the backdrop which elevated the ambiance of our venue. The table centerpieces were beautifully crafted and matched the theme perfectly. However, my main concern was the ownership aspect. After paying a premium price, I was surprised to learn that I had to return several parts of the centerpieces to the vendor post-event. This was a bit of an inconvenience and something I believe should be made clearer during the initial agreement. For future clients, I'd recommend clarifying terms of ownership and rental items to avoid any post-event surprises. UPDATE: I'd like to acknowledge the prompt and considerate response from Mimi of Jasamara Design. After my initial review, Mimi kindly offered to refund $100 of the amount I paid, which I appreciate. Additionally, she graciously allowed me to retain the centerpiece parts for my sister's wedding taking place a week later. It's commendable to see a business willing to address feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. While the initial experience had its bumps, the resolution provided by Mimi demonstrates her dedication to her clients."See more
