- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is made through the office, all descriptions of your project will be noted and passed to the owner of the company, Hector Martinez. Once in contact with Hector you will discuss setting up a consultation which is done personally by him, where he goes out and explains the various options to go about your project. A quote will then be generated after your consultation for you to review and notify us once you've made a solid decision.

We are Aquascape Certified Contractors that have been in business for more than 20 years! Here at Aerate 1 we are passionate about what we do and strive for the customers satisfaction!
