    I've worked with Heidi over several months on jobs that required her writing, editing and videography skills. The writing and videos were for website pages, the editing was for books and also a website. Heidi's performance was terrific in all respects. Her technical skills are highly proficient, her work ethic is outstanding, and her cooperative talents make her the kind of person you want to work with. She can be counted on to take effective initiative and also to work very smoothly on a team. Some of my most productive project meetings were with Heidi! I also want to mention something important but more elusive. The text Heidi created and the text she edited were not cut-and-dried, counting-widgets sort of copy. They didn't need only the right punctuation and grammar, they needed to be done by someone who had the skill to understand what would communicate best with the audience, someone who would ask the right questions and incorporate the answers effectively into the project.     John did an excellent job restoring 2 photos for me that had been damaged due to being stuffed in a tight space. He was able to restore the photos to nearly perfect, and I will now be able to re-print the photos to save the memories. John worked very quickly, taking only 2 days to restore the photos. Furthermore, the job was fairly straightforward, so everything could be done through Thumbtack. However, he is willing to meet clients with larger projects and walk them through the process.
