After working with Andrew for over a year, I have come to know him very well. Not only is he a great trainer, but also a great friend. He always pushes you to be the best that you can be. His workouts are always different so you never become tired of doing the same things over and over. Andrew is also very flexible and willing to work around your schedule as best as he can. Overall Andrew is the best in the Northwest!!
It's been great working with Chris. He will keep you motivated and will always push to you to improve. He is always willing to give guidance and advice, on diet or workouts. I have no doubt when I leave that I had a great workout.
I have been working out with Brad for almost a year and a half now and he has helped me take off 25 pounds, More importantly, I have maintained the weight loss. Brad is friendly, knowledgable and easy to talk to. The unique aspect of this facility is that the trainers are in close contact with Dr. Tariq, who has done some work on my knee. Exercises are tailored to ensure no further injury. Great guy, great place!

I had Becky as a teacher when I was in massage therapy school. Her understanding of the body, the way it works and comes together and how one thing can affect the entire body was amazing. I learned so much from her. After graduation, I became a client. After just one session, the pain in my right elbow, forearm and wrist was significantly better. She was able to suggest exercises and stretches I could do at home between sessions that really helped keep me going. There is no one else I will go to when I am having an issue or pain. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly, welcoming environment and a therapist who knows the body inside and out.
I have been training with Bob for nearly 5 years. The workouts are tough but he pushes me forward and is just as excited as I am when I acheive something I never thought I would. I was told not to use weights by my chiropractor due to a bad back so Bob started me out slowly using bands. It felt like I was not doing anything to increase my strength initially but as time progressed I became stronger. Eventually I graduated toward lifting light weights. I can now lift heavier weights and have not had any issues with my back going out since I have been with Bob. I will never be able to thank Bob enough for all he has done for me. You rock Bob!!!
Easy and convenient to find. I went to the studio instead of having in-home training because it was close enough to me and the studio is really spacious. Alex choose a nice variety of yoga, pilates, and TRX. I was really surprised because I didn't feel like I was working that hard - but was sore for a couple days after our first session!
Justin is very personable and had the right mix of education and experience to develop a fitness program based on my personal goals, level of commitment, and my unique personality. He worked with me to overcome my limitations and his program focused on cardio, strength, and nutrition which, to date, has resulted in an 11% weight reduction and an increase in muscle mass in a short period of time!
