Introduction: First of all, I use different basic guitar techniques with full control: slides, hammer, sweep picking, tremolo, vibrato, etc.; this in itself makes a day and night difference compared to others. In addition, my guitar teaching lessons are made intentionally simple which helps a lot my students to understand naturally the instrument. What I do is what I love. I enjoy the people I teach with. It is a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoy going into a guitar teaching lesson. I like to split my time between playing and teaching tasks. I love having that duality. Switching gears in the teaching stuff is wonderful. It’s nice being able to use both sides of my skill.
