My pricing is the same for everyone. The goal is to get large groups to be able to be a win win for everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call will take place so we can talk about why you decided to contact Strong Village Coaching today. Then we plan a day to meet at Surge to new levels in carol stream so we can meet and build a plan. Here you can see the facility and we can go through a workout assessment which can help both of us understand where we should start. usually here injuries , pains , and things of concern pop up in the mind that you might have forgotten about.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by National academy of Sports Medicine in personal training and performance enhancement. I have been an assistant strength and development coach for basketball academies at M14 Hoops, as well as a group trainer at F45.
