I’ve been doing stretching sessions with Coach Cristian at Strong Village Coaching, and the results have been amazing. My pricing is the same for everyone. The goal is to get large groups to be able to be a win win for everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call will take place so we can talk about why you decided to contact Strong Village Coaching today. Then we plan a day to meet at Surge to new levels in carol stream so we can meet and build a plan. Here you can see the facility and we can go through a workout assessment which can help both of us understand where we should start. usually here injuries , pains , and things of concern pop up in the mind that you might have forgotten about.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by National academy of Sports Medicine in personal training and performance enhancement. I have been an assistant strength and development coach for basketball academies at M14 Hoops, as well as a group trainer at F45.
