Precision Designs surpassed our expectations yet again. This is the second time my wife and I have had work done by them - interior paint, and now a bathroom remodel. Joel is detail oriented and always takes into consideration our "wants" while still guiding us based on his years of professional experience. He always communicates his progress and keeps us informed if the timeline changes. The quality of work is truly second to none.

I wanted to hire a house painter for our newly purchased house, but in hiring Joel, we got do much more. He is a true professional who not only painted our house, but gave us ideas that maximized our positive outcome. Plus, I also hired him to install a 1/2 bath in the basement and it's the truly the best looking room in house right now, it's the only room that's completed! It's absolutely gorgeous! He did not have to hire out a plumber or an electrician, he did everything himself. All aspects of this project were spot on, plus he helped my husband install ceiling fans in our extremely high ceilings. Joel at Precision Design rocks!!! He became like one of the family!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. We normally charge $2 a sqft to paint interiors. patching and repairs needs to be looked at in person. The paint is only as good as the prep work. We offer free estimates on all our work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Illinois state university where received my contruction management degree and as well as a minor in 3D Design. I have been in the industry for 14 years, while attending Illinois state. My hard work and dedication to get here, is a testiment to how hard I'm willing to work to provide the customer with the best possible experience with my company.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
There is a need for a high quality and skilled professional company in the area. I want to produce a quality that can not be matched, For a price that can compete with anyone.
