I paid $139 for this company to provide technicians for roofing, plumbing, electrical, and a handyman. They said all 4 would arrive all on the same day between 8-11 am. However, I requested a roofer to come 3 days before the original appointment because there was a leak in the roof. I was told the roofer would come the next morning but no one showed up. I contacted Premium home service and spoke to Shila and she said she would contact the roofer. The roofer called and told me he was only scheduled for the original appointment, however, they never showed. On the day of the original appointment, a plumber showed and did the plumbing job. Then Gerardo showed up to access what needed to be done. He assured me that he would provide an estimate for the remainder of the work within 24-48 hours so I know the cost and technicians can be assigned. It has been a week since I saw Gerardo and I have not heard back. This company is a complete scam. Do not trust this company. The reviews can’t be real. Buyer BEWARE.
