Jay is great! Out of nowhere, we noticed mouse droppings around our kitchen and basement one morning. Needless to say, we wanted someone to take a look ASAP.
Jay responded within an hour and came to our home the same day. He was very thorough inspecting every possible entry point inside and outside the house and sealed any potential problem areas. He also set up preventative measures in several areas and will come back soon to check for any activity.
I definitely recommend working with Jay!

Jay is very knowledgeable. He responded right away. He came out the next day for an inspection. He was on time, polite, patient and professional. He took the time to explain things in detail. Thankfully he found no evidence of bed bugs. I learned about the bugs, lifecycle, behavior and what to look for in the future. I really appreciated his attention to detail how thorough he was. I would highly recommend him!!!
