Ronnie demonstrated caring and pride and in his work. I strongly recommend Ronnie Jackson's Inspector Technic Data Recovery service for any of your data recovery needs.

I got a partial data recovery done on my external hard drive this month and I was really sceptical at first as I haven't used thumbtack before but I was pleasantly surprised with the service I got from IT. My consultation was quick and clear and I was able to get my data pretty prompt. Ronnie was very professional throughout the whole thing and kept me posted on progress which I liked as sometimes these tech people can go a bit MIA on you while they do the job. I work as a graphic designer and save like 80% of my files on this drive due to lack of space on my Mac, so this was honestly a lifeline for me. Very good service!

Aug 6, 2013VerifiedInspector Technic's replyIt seems you are not satisfied with your experience with us. I will take the time to clarify the details of the service for your future reference. The images that were shown to you were not your hard drive, this was an example of another hard drive so that you could see the location of the spindle and the location as to which the tool used to allow your drive to freely rotate is inserted. In regards to your data you were informed that the data may still be in tact but there is no way to tell until the hard drive spindle has been released, you were also in communication with another company who has assured you they can release the hard drive spindle for you and it was suggested to you that you take advantage of that option. After we informed you that we could not release the spindle for you, we suggested that you bring your drive to the company that you were in communication with before consulting with us. We have various methods as to how your hardware can be received and were made aware that not only do you have the option to meet at a location at your preference but you can also ship your hardware to our shipping center. Your option was to meet at a Starbucks location and agreed that as a suitable meeting place after we discussed possible options. Just to reiterate, the data on your hard drive can still be recovered but the mechanism that allows for the hard drive platters to rotate freely must be loosened. Our operating workspace is clean and free of foreign particles to the best of our resources and are saddened that your experience with us was not a good one. If you have any questions regarding your service please feel free to contact us. Thank you and have a great day
