Introduction: Sweetest Engagements is a one stop shop for all of your wedding and event needs. Anything from birthday parties, baby showers, business parties to wedding planning and day of coordinator. My job is to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone is happy during the event! There isn't an job too big or too small that I can't handle. I love seeing everyone enjoying the event and being stress free as possible on their big day. That's why I love planning events, weddings and being a day of wedding coordinator.

Allison is the BEST! She’s detail oriented, calm, cool, collected, professional, punctual, and was a huge asset as a day of coordinator. She goes above and beyond, working with you even before the day to make sure you have everything sorted out. I cannot recommend her services enough. It made my wedding day super easy!

Allison was everything that you could ever want in a wedding coordinator and much more! She was always responsive, organized, and detailed in everything she did. We made our own wedding decorations/table numbers and Allison made sure everything was exactly where it had to be. She went above and beyond to make sure that the day went smoothly and even helped us pose for the group photos. Allison stayed an hour extra more than she needed to make sure everything was on schedule. I couldn't recommend anyone more for any event. She was a pleasure to work with!

The number one advice we got from other married couples was to have a day of coordinator for the wedding and it was absolutely worth it to have Allison!! My new husband and I are very type A and detail oriented and she helped to execute our plans as well as figure out how to adjust the flow for all sorts of surprises like an 18 minute father of the groom speech/rap. If you want to be able to enjoy your wedding day without stress, you can trust Allison for sure!! ☺️

Communication was prompt and my wedding day requests were accommodated resulting in a seamless, magical day all around! Allison at Sweetest Engagements was a pleasure to work with for our June 2023 wedding. Our venue required a day-of coordinator, but as we didn’t have a lot of moving pieces in our wedding planning, we felt like we truly only needed someone who was dedicated to handling the final logistics and keeping things going smoothly the day-of. Unfortunately, we initially struggled somewhat to find a coordinator that would do just that, as many companies tried to up-sell us with extra planning services that we didn’t feel we needed. Enter Allison: she was experienced and familiar with our venue, understood exactly what we were looking for, and was ready to offer just that at a reasonable price. She was also happy to accommodate her contract to comply with the specific requirements of our venue. During the month leading up to the wedding, she introduced herself to our vendors and was available to answer any questions and provide us with expert advice about finalizing the schedule and preparing for the day. On the day of the wedding, she kept everything running smoothly, was our point-person for any questions that popped up, kept our cards and other materials organized, and even collected some of our flowers into bouquets at the end of the night for us to give away to friends and bring home. She was friendly and simply lovely to interact with throughout, and we would recommend her highly for anyone like us with a low-key wedding that they want to run smoothly!
