- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is flexible, I advertise myself as a budget-friendly wedding planner who gives couples the wedding they want while staying within their financial goals. My day of only coordination service starts at $750-$1000 Wedding Day Coordination Month of Coordination *Starts 6 weeks before the wedding prices start at $1100-$1300 My Partial Planning starting at $1400 Full Service Experience starting at $2000. I deliver beautiful Events for all budget types. I pride myself on providing memorable events to our clients without a high out of pocket expense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I set up a free consultation call to meet the customer and discuss budget and vision. Before I meet with them I send a questionnaire to fill out about their relationship and wedding. You have questions and so do I. Are we compatible? Do we want the same things? Will we work well together? Could we be friends? Either by phone or video chat, whichever is most comfortable for you, we'll meet and get all of these questions answered. The Background Check You obviously wanna make sure that everything I told you is true. I will provide you with samples of work, reviews & even references if you'd like, so that you have everything you need to confirm that we are who we say we are. The Commitment process we've gotten to know each other a little bit, you've probably check out other vendors, and checked us out. Now it's time to commit. We send you our agreement and`you make your initial investment in us, then the fun begins. With unlimited meetings, phone calls, and emails, there will never be a moment when I am not assisting you during the planning process. Our initial meetings are spent getting to know you inside and out, with discussions about your wedding or event vision and the next steps for the planning ahead. We make sure you fully understand every part of the planning, so you feel comfortable and stress-free throughout. After you have contracted us, the real fun begins! We love understanding your personalities and budget and matching you with the perfect things to bring your vision to life.
