Chelsea Backes goes above and beyond for her customers. She is the most responsive person I have ever met and she works very hard to make sure her customers (and their dogs) are happy. I highly recommend this service.

My Frenchie and I are over the moon about all of the walkers at Dog-alicious. They send me cute pictures and funny notes that let me know she is being taken care of while I am at work and also brighten my afternoon. I cannot say enough good things about Chelsea. She is extremely flexible and professional. She is always happy to accommodate schedule changes. Her billing is convenient and straight forward. They never let us down!

This company is a life savor for our puppy and us..... The owner, Chelsea, has been so helpful and accommodating finding the perfect walker for our pup. They always get back to me right away whenever I call, text or email. Everyone in this company really loves animals and you can tell they enjoy spending time with your pets. I feel safe letting them into my home and taking care of my dog....so I can actually feel at ease while at work! They also give me updates after the walk and send pics of my little girl which makes my day!

Chelsea has been amazing and an absolute live-saver! Moving to Chicago from Los Angeles only a short while ago, one of my biggest concerns was finding good care for my pup, especially knowing that the change would be stressful on him. Chelsea totally "got it" and addressed my every concern with understanding and respect. She has really taken the time to get to know my dog and form a real bond with him. She is great about sending me updates (witty ones, I might add) and photos of their outings. Chelsea is reliable, responsible, warm, and kind. It's clear that she loves what she does and is passionate about her 4 legged friends. I highly recommend!
