Oz was awesome! I had a backed up kitchen sink which turned out to be a clog somewhere in the riser. He would not give up until he found a solution. Tried clearing it from my sink, then went down to the basement to try from that direction. He finally ended up have to saw the old brass cap off the riser behind my dishwasher and attacking the clog that way, and it worked. Thanks Oz for your patience and professionalism!

I highly recommend Captain Rooter Emergency Plumbers. Oz was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and hands-on. He went to the store to buy the parts I needed and walked me through step by step how to replace each of them. He even allowed me to replace the parts myself with his guidance. Oz was able to answer every question I had patiently and professionally. All around great service and great guy! I’m very happy my toilets are no longer running day and night!

Captain Rooter did a great job repairing our busted pipe under our slop sink in our basement. They had to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe which was partly gone and detached. All went smoothly...no drama...job well done.

Oz contacted me within minutes and scheduled to be at my mom's home in 40 minutes. He came and accessed the problem and gave me different options to correct it. He went and got the parts and replaced the faucet knows and cartridge stems. He was very polite and cleaned up after his work.
