Brandon from Red Hot Drain was quick to respond to my request for help with flooding basement (sump pump). He immediately recommended I make sure the pump was not obstructed and as it turned out it was and a service call was not needed, Not only was I not charged a service call, Brandon was professional, courteous and offered advice to for the clean up. We had a water leak on our lower level, with wet carpet and no clue what was causing it. We submitted a Thumbtack request and they called immediately and were able to come out within the hour. They camera'ed the sewer lines ($250) and discovered the pipes were in good condition. He continued to inspect for the problem and diagnosed the issue to be the exterior storm drain causing a backup of water seeping into the foundation, which he opened up and cleaned out manually. Highly recommend Red Hot for responsiveness and quality.

The unit in my condo building had water backing into my kitchen sink - I own a duplex down on the first floor. I reached out to Red Hot Drain and received a call within a matter of minutes on Friday morning (6/16/2023). The representative told me that he could send someone out in a few hours. We had our call at 10AM and Gabe from the company came out by 12PM. Gabe rodded our unit from the kitchen and waited 10 minutes by running the water to make sure it drained properly. During the test we realized the water was backing up again. Gabe then rodded again and noticed that the rodding didn’t fully solve the issue. He asked if we had a basin and I honestly had no idea. To be clear Gabe asked me this when he first arrived and I was not aware that we had one. Gabe then walked outside and found the basin which was disguised as a sewer manhole cover near the parking spaces in the back of the building. When he opened it it was full of grease. The basis has never been cleaned. This was the source of the problem. Gabe was able to call a truck to remove the grease in an hour as well as a truck to hydro jet the drains. He stuck around the entire time to see the job to fruition - I appreciated that. Everything was done the same day by the same company. I cannot recommend this company enough as well as Gabe and his team. Gabe went above and beyond to fix the issue. So far things have been running smoothly and we have no water backing up into our kitchen sink! We should be good to go for the next ~5 years! 10/10 from me.

Osvaldo came early and was accommodating with the near-lack parking in the Gold Coast area. He had all of his equipment with him and fixed the impossibly clogged drain with a special machine. All was resolved in 30 minutes. Pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
