Mike is awesome! What started out as being a simple drain rodding, turned into an angioplasty of about 18 inches of drain pipe due to excessive grease/grime build up. Then, in spite of the drain pipe pressure exploding sludge/grime all over him, he maintained his composure and cleaned everything up to be spotless. Very professional with a great work ethic. Mike is now my go-to plumber.

Poor communication on what he was going to do to fix our kitchen drain problem. Ended up with a random pipe through the kitchen floor and out the basement ceiling. Not the most aesthetically pleasing look and then didn't clean up after himself. Really disappointed with this work.

I am a new homeowner and know absolutely nothing about plumbing. Like I can flush a toilet and turn faucets/showers on and off. That's it. Captain Rooter was extremely fast in responding to my inquiry. I like that they charge per job and not by the hour. They were able to come out the same day, even though my issue wasn't an emergency. Gabriel was punctual, made sure to cover his shoes before coming into my condo, and was upfront about pricing. After explaining the situation to him (bathroom sink was barely draining and there was a horrible stench), he explained the process, the pricing, as well as the potential issues he has experienced in the past with this type of fix. He was knowledgeable about plumbing in large condo buildings. Unfortunately, while he was working, one of the potential issues he explained prior to starting came up. Gabriel showed me what was going on, walking me through the issue. Like, I was kneeling down next to him as he showed me everything. He was able to run to the store and purchase the parts he needed, came back, and fixed it. Overall he was able to clear out the drains and replace the P-trap. Total for parts and labor (drain cleaning AND p-trap replacement) was around $380. It's like I have a new sink! (at least a new drain) I'll for sure be using them for my plumbing issues moving forward.

Fernando did a great job on fixing two of my clogged drains in my condo bathroom. Both the sink and tub had been constantly backing up for over a year. I had another plumber come out a while ago and they just did a surface cleaning of the clogs. Fernando was able to get in to the pipes and figure out the root of the problem. I would definitely call on Fernando again for help with other issues around my condo when needed.

My dishwasher, kitchen sink, and laundry tub were all clogged and/or running slow. Leo came out that night and cleared everything! It had never been done in the 15 years I've been in my house so you can only imagine how bad it was. Now my dishwasher looks brand new and all the dishes are clean again. The drains no longer stink, and everything is running properly. He charged a reasonable price and did a fantastic job. I will definitely hire him again!

Matthew was hired out for 3 reasons: garbage disposal, washer/dryer floor drain, and an issue with a toilet. Matthew replaced our disposal. He mad ensure it was done right and cleaned up after everything, as if he was never here. Matthew also graciously answered all of our questions and listened to our concerns. He provided a lot of recommendations for maintaining our home plumbing, as well as products that can assist in maintenance. After taking some next steps with our bathroom, if our issue persists, we will be hiring Matthew again.
