- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge depending on the time chosen, 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 1 hour. I required payment in advance for a cycle of lessons, typically 4 lessons per cycle. Discounts and exact fees are only discuss when the costumer contacts directly and it is interested. Payment method, cancellations and make up lessons are discuss in our initial meeting, when I share my studio policy
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will set up a meeting over the phone or in person to discuss the goals and expectations, also, my studio policies. If the student has the instrument we will do a brief introductory session, going over basic points such as setting up the instrument, basic care and maintenance and we will go over the basics of producing a sound.

Holding a Master and Post Master degree in Flute performance from Florida State University and DePaul University. Suzuki training Attendance to conferences related to music pedagogy. Performing for orchestras, ensembles, as a soloist. Recording of albums
