- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to price things per job, not by hour. We want you to know what you’re getting into and not have to worry about a big surprise bill after the fact.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to understand not just what your current needs are but to have a sense of what you are going to need going forward. Our hope is to work with you to keep your home, or rental property in working order, anticipating problems early so a small job doesn’t turn into a much bigger job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Technicians have 15+ years of experience and are certified in OSHA, RRP, and Solar installation among other individual certifications.
