Brandon was very professional and did an excellent job. He arrived when he said he would, listened attentively to what I wanted done. I had previously bought all supplies needed and he started right in after telling how long he anticipated the various tasks would be completed. I was able to leave for a store run, while my husband stayed at home, and when I returned he was well into the job. I needed the front storm door repaired after a previous carpenter installed the framing around the front door and put the storm door out of alignment. Brandon took off the panel that was the problem and corrected the misalignment, before installing the replacement panel. Then he installed a new window sill and framing around the upstairs window and repaired the damaged sill in a main floor window. He took all the debris out to my trash bin and cleaned up the entire work space. I am super pleased with his work.

Great dealing with their office staff on scheduling and answering my questions. Craftsman was on time, explained how he was going to do the work and did a nice job. Would hire again.

Brandon is the Marcus Welby MD of contractors!What a delightful experience! Brandon showed up when expected, did what he said he'd do (and more!), was professional, courteous, cleaned up after himself and did an awesome job rebuilding a door frame that was rotting. He was a breath of fresh air!

Brandon fixed up the inside of a kitchen cabinet that had gotten ruined because of water damage. He did an amazing job and thought creatively about how to make the finished result even better. He also helped fix up loose cabinet door hinges, helped glue together a cabinet door, fixed a rolling closet door that had gotten off track, blinds that had come off the hinges, and even put up a painting for me. Good work and efficient. All with a friendly attitude.

We typically work on a time and materials basis, but for certain projects, we can do a fixed bid. Just call us for more information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most customers will call or email us. We then talk to you about your project. Sometimes we can estimate the time it will take to complete your project right then and there. In other cases, we might need some pictures from you. And, for other larger projects, we may need to send out an estimator. If you accept our estimate, we'll get the project scheduled, and you'll be on your way!
