- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices and details are discussed after assessing the scope of work. Following the estimate, the final price is agreed upon with the client. All materials and store trips are covered by the client. The work is done on a project-based basis with transparent pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
How I Work: Assessment — we discuss the details, you send photos or videos, and if needed, I do an in-person inspection. Estimate & Scheduling — clear pricing and a convenient time for you. Work — professional, clean, and detail-oriented execution. Final Touch — workspace cleanup, review with you, and payment. My goal is to make the process simple, convenient, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong technical background and over five years of experience in construction and repair. My education includes: • Melitopol Industrial and Economic College: Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, and Power Engineering (graduated with honors). • Kharkiv Aviation Institute: Aviation Gas Turbine Installations and Compressor Stations (Bachelor’s degree, Engineer). My practical experience covers: • Furniture assembly and installation • Electrical wiring in residential properties • Plumbing tasks (replacing traps, installing mixers, fixing leaks) • Demolition and site preparation • Door and window installation • Creating ventilation openings • Roof replacement
