Introduction
I teach mindfulness skills, meditation and beginning yoga to people who want to calm their lives and slow down when things get too chaotic.
I will help you to learn to quiet your mind, which helps us in every aspect our life. It also teaches us to have gratitude and compassion towards ourselves and towards others.
I teach beginning yoga to people of all ages to help them become flexible or more flexible as well as to learn poses, so they feel comfortable when they can take yoga classes at a gym on a regular basis.
