Sizzle homestaging did a wonderful job scheduling and working with the condo association and our realtor to get our apartment staged, sold, and thread a fine needle of getting it unstaged only after we received clear to close from the buyer on our apartment. 100% would work with them again to help sell/rent a place.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a three month staging agreement with payment due prior to staging. We don't do hidden fees, so what you're quoted is what you should expect to pay. The fee included the staging design, installation, furniture rental, and eventual staging removal.
