It’s asking me for a review so I guess I will leave one. Everything was great to start out with. Professional, quoted me a great price, responded quickly so I booked them for a certain day/time. Said they would let me know their eta and when they were on their way. Day of, about 10 mins before the time I had booked them hadn’t heard anything. So I sent a message asking their eta. About 15 mins after the time I had booked them for, still nothing. So I said never mind. Assuming you’re not coming thanks anyway. Get a message about 25 mins later stating that the job they were at before mine is running much longer than they anticipated and that they were sorry. Okay that’s fine, things happen. But professionally, eh. I’m assuming they knew 30-45 mins, at minimum, before my appointment they wouldn’t be making my appointment on time or at all, so why not reach out and let me know that beforehand. Literally a 3” second endeavor. Rather than just leaving me waiting around, especially since I left work early to make sure i met them at my home on time. I allotted about an hour of time to get this done (just moving one thing within my home) and then I had somewhere to be so I couldn’t just hang around and wait for them to show up. Honestly, would have still left a five star review if they would have just let me know beforehand that they couldn’t make it rather than waste my time.
