- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
E-Design/Virtual Design Services - $125 per hour Full Service Design Serviced - $175 per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by setting up a phone consultation to briefly learn more about you and your project. Afterward, we schedule an in-person, complimentary, design consultation and meet at the project site together, if possible. Here we will review your project in detail with one another and determine we are the best fit for one another. We will also discuss our process and pricing at this meeting. Upon deciding to move forward with us you will receive a new client packet that goes into detail about our processes and FAQs, along with a design agreement to review. After a design agreement is signed, we have an additional meeting with the client to take space measurements, photos discuss in-depth budget, needs, vibe and time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked within the field of design since 2012, after graduating with an arts degree in Interior Design. Taking on my first position in West Hollywood, California. Here I worked with a firm that was featured on HGTV multiple times, completing both residential and commercial design projects. After Los Angeles, I moved to Chicago. I first managed a showroom at the Merchandise Mart which allowed me to get to know the Chicago furniture market and form relationships. After a year at the mart, I moved into luxury, full-service, residential interior design. Where I've since started my own business in 2018.
