- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Scheduled work appointments are $75.00 per hour for 2 guys and are time estimated during appointment. All first time customers receive a 10% per hour discount. Contracted work is done by the job with a FREE ESTIMATE.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually starts with a phone conversation discussing the details and setting an appointment for a Free Estimate for contract work or setting an appointment to do repairs for the hourly rate for 2 guys.

Working in the field for 25+ years & New Construction Inspector Diploma.
