- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is reasonable for the service that I provide. I am always honest with my clients and try to ensure their happiness.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask for a list of furniture that will be moved, if necessary I can come to the client and provide an approximate quote prior to the move. I ask for the location of the move and where the final location will be, and a contact number in order to reach out and reconfirm the move a few days before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have over 7 years of moving experience, which includes packing, disassembling and reassembling furniture.
