I contacted few companies on Thumbtack and Lewis Brothers was the only one who responded.    Dion came over to install a new 24-volt wire.  It needed to be run from furnace to the new Nest thermostat.   Fishing a new line proved to be a challenge.  Dion however was determined to get the job done.  After some struggles, Dion was able to fish a new line and offered to combine humidifier and thermostat into one.  Once the line was in he connected the new line to Nest and now I can control both the humidifier and thermostat via Nest.   Thank you, Dion!

I am a landlord who hired Juan to install a Nest thermostat in my tenant’s apartment. He was quick to respond to my initial request and answered my questions. Juan mentioned the possible need for a power adapter, which would be an additional fee if there was no power wire to the old thermostat (there was not a power wire there.) He coordinated with my tenants accordingly and sent me photos of the completed installation. I called to confirm the details of the additional adapter installation and Juan explained why it was necessary. I thought it was a fair price for the work that was done.

Wow! Where do I start. I had an issue with my current thermostat (Nest) not heating up my home. Cordero arrived and knew that my thermostat was not compatible with my boiler. Cordero not only went to put up a compatible thermostat from the store to be installed, but also installed it correctly. While inspecting the boiler he immediately seen that there was some dirt and soot building up that could become an issue. He installed my new thermostat, and cleaned my boiler all in the same day which didn’t take long. I have another issue with the boiler after our initial appointment, and I texted him to let him know what happened. Cordero not only replied, but showed up on CHRISTMAS DAY to fix the issue. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and will use them for any issues I have. Thank you ASAP HVAC!
