FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always discuss pricing in the consult, but my programming includes initial in-depth initial education sessions (a 2 month program) followed by biweekly maintenance check ins. I also offer lab testing and interpretation, meal planning and check-ins, group programs, and teacher discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation. Through this, we go over current symptoms, habits, and create a game plan moving forward. Generally this points them towards lab testing or the initial "get started" package. The consult is an open-ended conversation and assessment to see the best fit! All in all, clients typically work with me 5-8 months
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Miami University and Masters of Science in Nutrition at Louisiana Tech University. I have 6 years of experience working as a dietitian and started into practice in August of 2020. I also have been a personal trainer, working with people's fitness goals full-circle.
