Introduction: My name is Russel Camire, and I have obtained both my Bachelors and Masters in Exercise Science.
In the past, I have worked with a vast array of clients from college athletes to those with long-term injuries or sickness. With my certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (HFS - Health Fitness Specialist), I am able to work with populations that have chronic diseases such as, diabetes and work with them to establish health and wellness within their life.
I believe as trainer and life-coach, that we must work together to change your life. I will provide you with the necessary skills to learn how to choose healthy choices when we are not together. Often times, when an individual is on their own they might cheat. When I work with my clients, I teach them why it is important to stay away from certain foods. This is not due to the fact these food choices can negatively impact ones "diet" but rather when you consume these foods it would be like a running a car on water. Just like a car, your body is a specific on the food types it will run best off of, everyone wants a well powered machine.
In addition, I have experience with increasing sport performance through the logical addition of muscle-mass which enhances power, strength, and muscular endurance. I also have experience working with middle-aged men and women who are looking to restore their health, whether it be addition of muscle or becoming more lean.
