Introduction: We do private nutrition and fitness consulting including personal training, nutrition consulting, and meal prep. We have our own nutritional shake blend and we call it an NS Shake, all raw and organic 100%.
We also offer life coaching. We understand that part of our job is therapeutic although I'm not licensed, I have over 10 years of experience. I've studied not only the human body on the physical aspect, but also on the mental level which we think is important.
