Reece does a fantastic job. We have had him over to assemble office furniture, an outdoor shed and nursery furniture. He comes prepared and is very efficient. He will not gouge you on price and schedules quickly. He is a definite hire. Dan-Lemont IL

I had a hardwood floor resurfaced in one of my bedrooms and after 3 estimates I chose A Plus Decorating. They explained in detail the job, provided a competitive estimate, and worked within my schedule. The workers were on time every day, they laid tarps to cover the in & out of getting tools and equipment over my rugs, were professional, efficient, neat, cleaned up all the mess and the floor looks great. I am very satisfied with the finished floor. I will use them again.

Responded promptly, showed up promptly. Did 2 hours worth of work in one hour. Courteous, professional, delightful. I have expensive valuable intricate antique furniture, which they handled and moved very carefully, efficiently, and safely. Hope to have them back in a few weeks for another job!

Efrain was fantastic. Not only did he prioritize coming to set up the IKEA bed the day of my request, but he also wanted to ensure it was set up in a timely fashion so that we "have something to sleep on besides the floor at night." I highly encourage anyone with tough IKEA furniture to build to reach out to Efrain for help! (He even did it without directions and with missing pieces...)

I have had HomeFree work on several jobs around my house and each time I have been very happy with their work. They have been very professional, quick and courteous. I have had jobs like lawn care, painting, siding repair and general maintenance such as moving furniture and a garage and basement clean out. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Meris Furniture Assembly Services did a great job. We had six pieces of furniture, including nursery furniture and Meris' did a great job in getting everything done in a few hours and even helped us clean up. I would recommend Meris to anyone who wants a little help assembling furniture.

I am a Thumbtack provider with over 100 completed jobs. Michael was referred to me as an assistant, by my other assistant. He recently moved back to Chicago after his Indiana employer relocated. Michael has assisted me on over 17 jobs. He is fully capable of handling single piece furniture assembly. Because of my overhead, it is difficult for me take on; small, single-piece, one man assembly jobs. I am unable to charge a fee that is fair to the client and myself. I could just bid on those jobs, and send Michael out, but it would be a lot of work, and very low profit. It is better if I help Michael launch his own Thumbtack career. His background is masonry and outdoor construction. He has the tools and experience to handle the small masonry jobs that I do not undertake: cracked bricks and stones, tuckpointing, steps made of poured concrete that have cracked, etc.

We hired Mike to do a quick job -- rough sand of 11 pieces of outdoor log furniture and a restain. He did a great job. On time, good estimate of time for job, and he came prepared. Would rehire for other work in future.
