Alma was an amazing day of coordinator for our wedding. I was against hiring a coordinator at first but hiring Alma was easily one of the best decisions I made and I’m so glad I did. I hired her on pretty short notice but she understood the tasks that needed to be done in order for the day to go smoothly and made sure we were both on the same page. My family members were impressed by her helpfulness. She even helped stay to bring some excess alcohol home when there was no room in our cars. Because of her, I was able to thoroughly enjoy the wedding and not have to stress out about rehearsal, setup, executing the timeline, coordinating vendors, or tear down. I honestly think the wedding (and myself) would have been a big mess had I not had her help! I would recommend her to other brides or anyone in need of coordinating an event. Thanks Alma!
Alma was a day of coordinator for my wedding and she was super helpful with planning the day and making sure everything ran smoothly. Definitely worth the money and took a lot of stress off of me! She’s very professional and was easy to reach.
This was my first time booking a service like this and I was a bit nervous that I wouldn’t get the service I hoped for. I found Bliss Events and contacted her for the staffing service for my wedding. Alma was a pleasure speaking with every time I contacted her. She was professional and had lots of information and I could tell she cares about the clients she’s serving. Her staff assisted in serving the guests at my wedding, bussing the tables and cleaning up the kitchen space used. The servers Rosie, Michelle and Yolanda were polite and all smiles. I believe they even helped with setting up because we had a hiccup with the setup before the wedding (which they didn’t have to do at all. It was such a great help). Everything went smoothly during dinner because of them and I absolutely recommend Bliss Events for your next event!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are definitely flexible & can accommodate any budget. We understand the importance of being able to create memories that will last a lifetime even amidst the pandemic we are in.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With you in control, my planning process follows seven major steps:
1. Meet with you to determine event date, time, budget, scope, style, etc.
2. Research vendor and venue options
3. Present options to you, determine best fit together!
4. Make final arrangements based on your decisions
5. Invite attendees
6. Final meeting with you in days leading up to event to wrap up loose ends!
7. Event setup, day of coordination, and clean up facilitation.
