- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Chicago obtaining a Associates degree in Culinary Arts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into this line of work because it wasn't work to me. I love getting up each day and preparing for an event, the client, the budget, the people...I LOVE IT ALL!!! I truly could never ask for anything more!!!!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
So far the most common jobs have been parties, and corporate events. We have our first wedding scheduled for March 2014.
