- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a very simple fee structure. Depending upon the time required a flat fee is set, then services will be all inclusive, unless the scope of the project changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read many industry publications, online resources, consult with other professionals in the filed such as photographers, hotel & catering managers, florists.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did volunteer work for many charity & community events and fundraisers. Those involved kept asking me if I would consider taking on paid assignments for their corporations and family functions. I started out at an advertising agency doing doing all the public relations & special events.... then the corporate executives hired me to do weddings and family functions and it grew from there.
