My background includes 15+ years of hands-on HR experience across recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. I also hold the GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) certification, which reflects advanced knowledge of global HR strategy, workforce management, talent practices, and employment compliance.
