We hired Chef Alisha Elenz for a Valentine’s Day dinner at home, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Chef Alisha prepared a beautiful four-course meal (Basil Pesto Shrimp, Arugula & Apple Salad, Filet Mignon with mashed sweet potatoes and green bean almondine, and Chocolate Olive Oil Cake with raspberry coulis), and every single course was outstanding. The flavors were balanced, thoughtful, and restaurant-quality in every way. What truly impressed us was her ability to accommodate food allergies without sacrificing quality or taste. The adjustments were seamless; you would never have known anything was modified. That level of care and skill speaks volumes about her expertise. The presentation and table setup were absolutely beautiful and made the evening feel incredibly special. Beyond the food, Chef Alisha herself was warm, kind, and personable. She did a wonderful job interacting with our kids while she was cooking, making them feel included and comfortable in the experience. If you’re looking for a private chef who delivers incredible food, elegant presentation, and a genuinely enjoyable atmosphere, we cannot recommend Chef Alisha Elenz highly enough. It was a perfect Valentine’s Day.
