Chef William will turn your event or dinner into an experience; a learning experience, a fulfilling experience, and exciting experience, but especially a pleasant and satisfactory experience… Whatever you're looking for or hoping for when you seek to hire chef, he will deliver! I was searching for a chef to make a dinner to impress my fiancé when fortune had me stumble onto his profile, and I called on impulse to check him out and see if he would be a fit for my imagined three course dinner that would really impress my loved one… By the time I had gotten off the phone we had decided that a dainty dish 8 course world tour of culinary delights would best garner the fulfillment and stimulate the dining fantasies of my beloved, and all for the same budget I had in mind for my three course meal. I mean, it was crazy! He whipped out little luxurious pizzas with homemade dough, wafers with salmon and exotic sauces, a salad made entirely of flowers that reset our palettes, gorgeous Grassfed steaks with freshly forgaged porcini mushroom sauce, perfectly cooked Sunnyside yolks wrapped in dainty lettuce on a crispy bed of pork… Basically, I had no idea dishes like these existed and just felt like royalty dining on them. On top of all that he can show up in any kitchen-like environment and just magically produce it all… outdoor by the fireside, no problem, 10th floor, Manhattan, tiny kitchen, no problem, dorm room with a hot plate no problem, somehow he executes the directive and exceeds expectations; in fact, his real genius is turning hardship into success… He can literally use culinary sorcery to turn a disaster into a unique success. For instance, all the stores were out of whipped cream. I had agreed to provide for our dessert and I was freaking out, but he just calmed me down and used some extra avocados and cacao powder and agave nectar to make a chocolate tiramisu that turned out way better than even the dessert we had planned! And then, there is the way he describes the history of each dish and how it is made. He is so excited and passionate about food that if you invite him too, he will describe all the nuance and flavor of each dish he places before you. I wish I could just have him cook everything for me and to educate me on how to enjoy every dish as well! What a five star experience from tip to stern, what a pro he is. And he is so personable and friendly and engaged as well. Hire chef William if you want fulfillment smiles, laughter, satisfaction, and all your expectations exceeded.
