Private dining experiences start at $500 regardless of guest count. Pricing may vary depending on the menu, guest count, and event details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the event details such as date, guest count, dietary preferences, and the type of experience you’re looking for. From there I propose menu ideas and finalize the plan with the client. Once everything is confirmed, I handle the shopping, cooking, and kitchen cleanup so the host can relax and enjoy the meal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and have nearly 20 years of professional cooking experience. My background includes working in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations, where I developed strong skills in menu development, organization, and executing high-quality meals in a variety of settings.
