Simsim catered my rooftop event. Chef Ashruf did an outstanding job. The food was so beautiful and delicious and he was a pleasure to work with.

Chef Ash has this awesome way of putting together food that everyone loves. He’s super passionate about cooking and is always coming up with new ideas for flavor and presentation. I’ve watched him grow over time, and it’s been both fun working with him and great having him as a friend.

The Simsim experience with Chef Ashruf exceeded all expectations. The Egyptian cuisine prepared was absolutely incredible, with every dish delivering authentic flavor. We were most impressed with the quality and professionalism from Chef Ashruf and his team. It was clear that he can cook just about anything, given the depth, balance, and creativity in each of the dishes we had. To top it off, Chef Ashruf brought genuine passion to the experience by taking time to present each dish to us, really immersing us in the craft. Our friends still rave about his chicken skewers and the sauce he paired them with, so much flavor, so much depth. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

Working with Ashruf is a pleasure. He is very thoughtful and intentional about what he cooked and how he coursed the food. Additionally, everything !!! he made was delicious and he went out of his way to explain what he was serving and why. He also is so personable and very easy to communicate with. Looking forward to eating more good food from Simsim soon
