I am a professionally trained, nutritional chef who is based in the city of Chicago. I attended the prestigious culinary program at Kendall College and graduated in the field of personal chef and catering.
I have been a personal chef for the past 3 years. I provide my clients with custom meals for individuals or families.

Valerie was my chef while I participated in the Whole30 challenge- 30 days of completely clean eating. NO gluten, dairy, wheat, grains, nada. Valerie prepared for me breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks daily.
What I thought would be 30 days of munching on lettuce leaves and carrot sticks turned out to be 30 days of culinary bliss. Rarely was a meal repeated and never was it not tasty.
Not only was everything good, but Valerie was very knowledgeable about the science behind the food. After my 30 days, Valerie took me shopping for a day teaching me about what I should and shouldn't be eating, setting me on a path for success in my overall health. I recommend her to anyone who is looking to not only eat well, but learn a thing or 2.

My wife and I are thrilled to have Chef Valerie join our family. Her cooking is fantastic and we always feel satisfied at the end of each meal. My wife and I especially like that she is well versed in the culinary arts and is able to easily tailer her cooking to suite our tastes and busy family lifestyle. It's not easy to eat healthfully, maintain a busy schedule, and still feel satisfied but with Valerie's help we have accomplished all three! We loved the freezer meals she prepared. They are a must have during the first few months after a baby arrives! Additionally, my wife has several food sensitivities all of which Valerie was able to cater to without sacrificing flavor.
