- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to the meeting there is a thorough phone interview and we get to know the client and the project. Once we arrive on site, we have a plan in place to get to work promptly. With general organizing, we work one on one, with unpacking and relocations, we send in a team
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for 20+ years. The owner of the company was a founding member of the National Association of Professional Organizers in Chicago.
