Your health and fitness goals are a long term investment and the process of achieving these goals can be made much longer if you try to do something on your own. Hiring a personal trainer can put you on the right path, break through plateaus, and expedite the journey toward your goal(s), which saves you time, effort, and money in the long run.
I am equipped to work with an array of different populations, from youth athletes to seniors. I offer specialized private training for soccer players and pre/postnatal individuals.

Alex makes working out enjoyable. He arrives early with a positive attitude, even when I’m grumpy. He’s passionate about fitness and attentive to my individual goals. He’s helped me immensely with strength training for ballet, tailoring my workouts to support my technique. I’ve seen great progress in just 4 weeks.

I hired Alex for my wife and she loves her sessions with him. She says she looks forward to her training sessions every week and it puts her in the mind set of being at practice in high school again.

Alex is patient, observant, and committed to helping me reach my goals. Alex took time to build trust with me, so when he pushes pushes me with heavier weights, I do it because I know he is doing what’s best for me and will be make an adjustment if I am in pain. I’ve been working out with him for a few weeks now, and I already feel stronger. I look forward to updating this review with before and after photos in a few months😊

Alex has been wonderful. I’ve been working with him for over 2 months and am already down 9lbs. His ability to learn and adjust based on my experience within the gym is amazing. Definitely recommend!

My quoted price rate on Thumbtack of $100/session corresponds to my standard subscription of up to 4 personal training sessions every 4 weeks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Connect
- public places, phone, or virtual
- discuss my services, what you’re looking for with a coach/trainer, identifying your goals, etc
Step 2: Commit/Invest
- review online documents (liability and client questionnaire)
Step 3: Succeed
- for personal training, we schedule our first session and start working toward your goal(s), utilizing a progressive training philosophy that meets your fitness levels where they are at and takes them to where you want them to be
- for online clients, I help familiarize you with my virtual programming, app, etc, so the process of doing the work physically by yourself is as easy as it can be
