Personal Training
Since gyms have been restricted during covid I have interviewed and tried trainers looking for a way to workout during the pandemic. First, the gym that Daniel uses is clean, has safety procedures to protect people from the spread of the virus, and it is large enough that you don’t get close to anyone. As a trainer, I would say that Daniel is the best trainer I have worked with. His knowledge shows in his ability to work with limitations and work around them. The session is fast paced and energetic. Though it took awhile, I’m glad I came across Daniel’s profile and started working with him.

Personal Training
Dan is great to work with. He has tailored my entire workout schedule to my need to strengthen my core. He’s very educational, makes it fun, and asks about the personal things in my life. Highly recommend.

Personal Training
Danny is a great trainer, very professional and knowledgeable. Spent a good bit of time going through my fitness assessment and goals. Workouts are a good intensity with a great amount of stretching before, during and after. All in all a good workout!

Dan is a very thorough and professional trainer. He started with a baseline and provided me with a workout program that was tuned to me and my schedule. He will work with you the same; thanks Dan and keep it up!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is awesome and super flexible. All the sessions are with me and by appointment so you only pay each time you are working out with me. No packages and the facility fee is rolled into the final hourly price. You get the lowest price without some gimmick of buying more to get the "lowest price. "
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When I first meet with a potential client we meet at either my private personal training facility in River North or their building fitness facility. From there we start with baseline information and I focus on getting to know their prior experiences and goals, the whole process lasts a little under and hour and then we schedule the first workout. The workouts are all planned from minute one to sixty and are of course always with me. I am a data-informed personal trainer and use technology to deploy the training so I have the exact numbers ready to go the minute you walk in the door.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? The education component of my business one of the most substantial areas of concentration. Having an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology set me apart from 99% of personal trainers. This commitment to client goals and understanding of exercise is often commented on especially by people who have had personal trainers in the past. Such a compliment!
