Aiga is an amazing trainer, and nutritionist! If you follow her plan you will reach your goals! At first she got my body used to working out again, now we’re doing a lot of moves that I never thought I’d be doing. She got me in a better mental state that I am now excited to get to the gym every day and challange myself to do better. She can tell what your favorite movements are, what you struggle with and will help you find a balance. If you have any issues or injuries she will keep an eye on them as you work out to make sure you are ok, and the movements are correct and always makes sure things aren’t painful. She makes a workout a good time and will always challenge you in a to keep improving. I look forward to my sessions with her. Hiring her was one of the best decisions I’ve made. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start with an assessment primarily using the functional movement screening principles. Then we create a baseline for our clients, taking body fat % measurements, body measurements and current weight. We talk through clients goals and make a measurable and a specific plan for each individual.
