- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is for 1 month of training. There are improved economics for purchasing a larger package- Discounts apply for larger training packages, with the price dropping as much as 25% for the largest package
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will sit down for a complimentary assessment which includes a movement screen, baseline measurements to help establish goals and a timeline to reach said goals, as well as for an effective way to track and measure progress. Goals, exercise background, lifestyle, eating habits, and injury history will also be covered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree from DePauw University in History and Kinesiology. I've been a trainer for 4 years, but I've been exercising and helping people out since I was in my teens as well as 4 years of college football experience-3 years as a starter and team leader. My certifications include an NSCA CSCS, FMS, PN1 Exercise and Sports Nutrition, and time spent learning with Americas top gym for general population as well as collegiate, profession and Olympic Athletes-Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, where I earned the Certified Functional Strength Coach Certification.
