    Yes I do! I go to seminars and stay current on health issues and the latest research.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I experienced family friends with diabetes and heart issues. I realized that many health issues will stem from poor diet choices and inactive lifestyles at an early age. I want to make a difference by encouraging good choices and establishing long-lasting relationships with my clients.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure your personalities don't clash! This person will become more than a trainer, he or she will also be your friend.
