Ashley has re-ignited my interest in strength training! Through the pandemic, it got too easy to skip workouts, and having Ashley provide accountability and motivation has made a difference! It's been great having her do both in-person sessions and set up weekly programs for me. She's well versed in personal training and in scaling for an individual's needs/abilities. I injured my back as we started to work together and she was phenomenal in helping me continue to focus on strength while learning how to protect myself from further injury.

I’ve worked with Ashley for a year now and I cannot recommend her enough! She’s helped me with both wellness/nutrition and personal training. She’s really taught me how to change my whole mindset on food. Before meeting with Ashley, I was very negative about food and didn’t really understood what my body needed. Ashley came to every virtual session prepared and really listened to my struggles and celebrated my wins with me. What has really set Ashley apart from other coaches is that she LISTENS and understands the struggles and challenges that I’m facing. She makes me feel like I’m not alone in my wellness journey and I really appreciated that about her. I’ve recently started meeting with Ashley monthly for in-person personal training sessions and It has been a GAME CHANGER. I’ve been dealing with an injury so having Ashley teach me the fundamentals of weight lifting in person has helped me make sure I’m doing the moves correctly so I’m constantly moving forward. Her programming is very personable and is tailored directly to me.

I LOVE Ashley. She is thoughtful, non-judgmental and listens to what you need. Her workouts challenge me without making feel inadequate. I've always hated exercise and used it as a form of self punishment. With Ashley's help, I've come to enjoy my workouts and now feel it is something I do to better myself. Hands down best personal trainer I've had!
