I'm so glad I found Ashley! I love her workouts- they are always challenging and have interesting exercises. She's great to work with 1:1 and has is really helping me work on my form. Additionally, her workout programs are so customized. I have had trainers in the past and felt like I was getting a generic whole body workout, but with Ashley, I really feel like my unique desires and former injuries are being used to create a truly custom program. Lastly, I love how her programs come with really helpful video demos for all the exercises, but that if I ever have a questions shes always so responsiveness and helpful.Nov 17, 2020Verified

Ashley is the best! She made transitioning into a new exercise program during a pandemic completely seamless. She has helped me find a love for strength training and has supported me through every step of the way. She did an amazing job of listening to my needs and finding every way she could to make my exercise program fit with my busy schedule. I enjoy working out with Ashley because she makes my workouts challenging but always doable. She is very skilled in motivating me to push past my perceived limits. Also, I’ve had trainers in the past that had me do the same set of exercises almost every session so it was easy to get a bit bored. That’s not the case with Ashley. She is always switching up the exercises which keeps it fun. Since I have been working out with Ashley, I am stronger and my endurance has gotten a lot better. I first met Ashley when she provided group classes in my building. Since I liked her approach to teaching, I then arranged to take a once a week personal training session with her. She pushes, encourages, and quite honestly, just makes me stronger. Since Covid, I have been doing 30 minute virtual sessions with her. As I tell Ashley, working with her is the hardest part of my day. But I feel great afterwards. We use the arms of my sofa, my coffee table, a kettle bell, and elastic bands. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We'll start with a phone consultation to get to know each other better and to ensure that we're a good match! Then, we'll have our first session so I can get to know the way your body moves and identify any imbalances. From there, I will create a program completely designed for you and only you, and I'll be there to coach you through it every step of the way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. I specialize in strength and conditioning training and help clients to learn how to strength train and avoid injury with proper form.
