  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We are an ALL Inclusive service meaning you pay BY SESSION (between $60-70/session) on a monthly basis for your training services, however, get MUCH MORE than that. We include: Every session is a full 60 minutes Weekly workouts to do on the days we are not together Behavioral coaching Monthly fitness challenges & group fitness classes Biometric tracking & body comp assessments Nutrition planning & coaching (Included with select memberships)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first step is booking a free assessment! The assessment is an hour long getting to know each other better. Step 1: We review everything from medical history & background, fitness goals, what you enjoy or don't enjoy, basic nutrition background, and more. Step 2: We do a SHORT physical assessment where we assess flexibility, cardio health, and strength! Step 3: We review and discuss next steps.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All of our trainers hold an accredited Personal Training license and/or Nutrition license.
