Lisa’s great! She’s knowledgeable about fitness, has a flexible schedule, and puts in a lot of time and effort holding her clients accountable and answering questions by text any time. Her training sessions are intense but fun. A great find!

Lisa Spring is an excellent personal trainer! She has incredible workouts and I have seen results in just a month! She helps me with not only fitness but diet too which is super helpful! Highly recommend if your trying to lose weight and tone up!

I met Lisa 4 years ago and she showed me Fitness world. We started to work on my posture and balance and then she made program for me to gain some muscles cause I was very skinny and my body didn't look good. But after months I feel attractive and healthy. So thanks again Lisa. I continued to work out on my own now.
