Lisa was my first personal trainer and the best one. I got really lucky meeting her. She seems very gentle and lenient when meeting her for the first time but as soon as you are walking into the gym she becomes very strict. She controls every movement while exercising, and tells you how to do it right, and explains why so you won't get any injuries and don't hurt yourself. The diet she made for me really helped because I am one of those people who cannot live even a day without candy, chocolate and other sweets. She recommended me other replacements. It took me me about a week and a half to get used to it but I love it now. The way I lived and what I ate for the past three months just became a part of my life now. Sometimes my schedule was changing I couldn't meet her at a specific day and she always had time for me and could reschedule it! In example last year in December I would never guess that I am going to love working out as much as I do now. I love my body now, I love myself which is the most important thing because when we love ourselves we start bringing our light and smile in other people's lives. Lisa, thank you so much for building not just a beautiful body but a new personality! I am going to miss you a lot! We had such a fun time at the gym and after (in our smoothie place down the street:D)! Visit me in Florida soon and we will go to the beach! XOXO RIKA MOORE PS. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First session is about to see on which stage the client is. Its usually workout with basic movements to understand clents body and if he/she has any problems. After we talk about short term and long term goals. Discuss health situation and then relying on initial consultaion i design program suitable for client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm ACE certified trainer. Also i have associate degree in economics.
